If you come up with a product, that is fairly easy to replicate. Butif you come up with a new business model, that's harder to replicate.

That means in the present time, products can be easily reverse engineered. But it takes much more effort to reverse engineer as business model. To decipher a business model and then actually try it and make it successful on a pilot scale need more effort and risk taking ability.
